The first-ever Great Lakes Fashion Week event was held on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013 at Rumor Bar and Lounge in Cleveland.
The event showcased accessories by local designers in a sleek runway show. The evening's featured designs included Scarves by Tashawna, End of the Beach hair accessories by Jenny DiNuoscio, Edbevro jewelry by Robin Davis and The What Knot bowties by Mark Mathews.
Sponsors for the event were Rumor Bar and Lounge, LaChae Cosmetics, Pendolino Photography and Ann Kiss Nerium AD. The featured vendor was Traci Lynn Jewelry. Models hair was done by Mona Lisa Salon & Spa.
Great Lakes Fashion Week was founded by Amanda Krieg and LaShonda Reed after they bonded over a mutual love of fashion. They plan on bringing more fashion events to the Greater Cleveland area in the spring of 2014.
