Fashion for a good cause

"Evolution: Flashing Forward From Modern to Futuristic Fashion" was held on Saturday, July 17, at Anatomy, where a full house enjoyed the fabulous designs of Virginia Marti College of Art and Design students and graduates. Each collection was themed to fit a particular era, from the 1940s on.

The Cleveland Fashion Show

Fashion Week Cleveland presented The Cleveland Fashion Show on June 12 at La Place in Beachwood. The collections consisted of work from collegiate and American designers.

Lately fashion shows are happening everywhere from night clubs to bars and malls, and even on bar tops! On Wed., May 19, Style Lounge hosted a runway show on the main bar in Sushi Rock Beachwood.

Friday, May 14, marked the first fashion show for Legation, a gallery. There was a full house and a great deal of anticipation before the show began.

Rock The Runway is a highly anticipated event every year, and this year's event didn't disappoint. With the exciting props, live band and Marie Antoinette-inspired designs, the show kept audience members on the edge of their seats.

Dreamland Fashion Show 2010

The Dreamland Experience Fashion Show 2010 inaugural show was exactly that, an unreal experience. With the opening scene using a song from the Twilight soundtrack and five dancers taking you away from reality, you quickly began to drift into another world and embark on your Dreamland Experience.

Cleveland Rocks for Haiti

Cleveland Rocks for Haiti, a stylishly charitable event, was held at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum on Saturday, Feb. 27. The event was sponsored by Fashion for Haiti and organized by Cleveland City Councilman Zack Reed. Proceeds benefited relief efforts in Haiti

KSU fashion organizations raise money for Haiti

With the help of Kent’s Fashion Student Organization and College Fashionista, students of all ages were able to come together and show their support for the people of Haiti this past weekend. The two college organizations teamed up and hosted three benefit fashion shows, with all proceeds raised going to Unicef for Haiti relief.

Freak-Da-Show

The second annual Freak-Da-Show Sexy, Scary, and Seductive Fashion Show presented by Fabiola Productions and the Mercury Lounge was held on Friday, Oct. 30th. The Bacardi Bat Vixens made a special appearance, and each attendee received a complimentary Bacardi cocktail with a $5 admission.
