Eton Fall Fashion Show

Fall came in with a rush of greys, blacks and browns on Oct. 15 at the 2009 Eton Fall Fashion Show. Over 100 attendees braved an exceptionally dreary day to enjoy delicious pastries and coffee and to witness the unveiling of this season's newest trends, modeled and dressed by Fashion Merchandising and Design students from Kent State University.

Fashion For A Cause

A West 6th Street parking lot was converted into the trendiest place to be in Cleveland on Friday night. The Fashion For A Cause outdoor fashion show was presented by Barley House and the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club on Friday, July 31, 2009

A Celebration of Summer

A Celebration of Summer fashion show, held at Brothers Lounge on July 19, 2009, benefited the Domestic Violence Center.

Fashion Knockout

Four designers showed off their finest work to a packed house at the thirteenth annual Fashion Knockout, presented by Waki Wear. The event took place on July 19, 2009. The outfits were sent down the runway while the designers' identities were kept secret (so as not to influence voting.) At the end of the show, the designers were identified as Aziza Yasmine, Miguel Osborne, Yolanda Ballard and Kimberly Craig.

Evolved Nightlife and Fashion Experience

Local fashion was the focus at the Evolved Nightlife and Fashion Experience held on June 20, 2009, at Silk. The event, presented by Fabiola Productions and Place2Bseen.com, featured four collections by Cleveland-area designers and pieces currently being sold at Style Lounge.

The Cleveland Fashion Show

The Cleveland Fashion Show, held on Saturday, May 9, 2009, marked the end of Fashion Week Cleveland 2009. The black tie event was held at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel and featured fashion students as well as established designers. The showcased fashions were overwhelmingly well-received by the audience. Here are our highlights of the designers and their work.

Celebrity Style Cleveland's Retail Showcase, presented by Beachwood Place, took place aboard the Nautica Queen on Sunday night, May 3.

unclothed: A Mixed Media Runway Event was held Saturday, May 2, at Metropolis. The raw, urban chic atmosphere of the club complemented the unique looks presented by eight designers. From ruffles to skin-tight bodysuits, logo-imprinted dresses to barely-there shorts, an enormous variety of styles was presented.
